I believe that God lead my to Anna's Yam cream. I was taking HRT and it wasn't working. I had nothing else to try and I disparately needed something. I applied 1/4 tsp in the morning and evening and within just a week or two, my body had completely calmed. I believe this is a cream from God! His timing in leading me to this cream was perfectly timed and undeniable. Get it and don't be afraid to use more if you need it. I also apply it every single day. God bless!

I'm very happy with having my heart palpitations subside and feeling overall better than I had before using Anna's wild yam cream. The only complaints I have are, that I wish the font on the tube was bigger and that there was a better way of measurement. A fourth and 1/8 of a 5 ml teaspoon is a difficult measurement to judge.
