For Menstrual Pain and Spasms symptoms: Counting the first day of your period as Day 1, commence applying 1/8 of a 5 ml teaspoon (625 mg) am and pm from Day 5 to Day 18, then increase to 1/4 of a small 5 ml teaspoon (1.25 g) from Day 19 to Day 28 stopping on Day 28. Stop the use of the cream again on Day 1 and recommence on Day 5.

For Peri and Menopause symptoms: Counting the first day of your period as Day 1, commence applying 1/8 of a 5 ml teaspoon (625 mg) am and pm from Day 7 to Day 20 and then increase to 1/4 of a 5 ml teaspoon (1.25 g) from Day 20 to Day 28. Stop the use of the cream again on Day 1 and recommence on Day 7.

    Can I use this cream

    Hi Anna, I am starting on tamxoifem in January due to breast cancer . I'm 47 & I know I will be going straight into menopause. Is this cream ok to use with it ? I have been researching a lot & came across Barbara O'Neill & she recommends this product.

    Mood swings gone!

    I have been using this product for just over 2 months now. I'm a 37 year old and I was suffering with mood swings that felt totally out of my control.     PHENOMENAL!!!

    I was told about Anna's from my best friend in Texas about 6 months back. I recently began full blown menopause at 51 yrs old and the hot flashes and night sweats were too much to handle (not to mention my mood swings and irritability, omg)! HOW LONG DO I NEED TO USE THE CREAM?

ANNA'S Wild Yam Cream contains Phyto sterol nutrients and no man-made hormones and can be used for menstrual pain and spasms and to reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms as long as you wish. We would expect your discomforts to have disappeared during the first three months.

We suggest continuing with ANNA'S after you begin to feel well again to allow your body to maintain balance. If you decide to stop ANNA'S when happy with your results there are no side effects if stopped at any time and ANNA'S can be resumed if needed.

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR ANNA'S TO WORK?

We expect ANNA'S to help relieve menstrual pain and spasms during your
second cycle. Women experiencing the occurrence of menopausal symptoms should also be helped during the second month. Some menopausal women may
need three months. Please refer to our User Guide.

CAN MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER USE THE CREAM?

Yes, your daughter can use ANNA'S to help with discomforts culminating in menstrual cramps.

CAN I USE THE CREAM WHEN I'M STILL ON THE PILL?

We do not suggest you use the cream while you are on the pill.

I'VE HAD A HYSTERECTOMY, WILL THE CREAM HELP ME?

Yes, we would expect ANNA'S to help with the occurrence of menopausal symptoms after a hysterectomy. We would suggest you follow the Post Menopause protocol as you will never again experience a period.

CAN A MAN USE ANNA’S?

Men often use ANNA'S as the steroid hormone pathways of a man and a woman’s are exactly the same, the essential differences are determined by our genes.

A man’s genes know he needs more testosterone whereas a woman’s genes know we need more of our three estrogens. If you decided to try ANNA'S you would use ¼ of a 2.5ml teaspoon morning and night every day without any breaks.
