Refund policy
Online shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we completely understand the need for a clear and fair Returns Policy.
If you have purchased ANNA’S Wild Yam Cream from a stockist, wholesaler, or health shop/retreat, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
Authority to Leave
If you, the purchaser, have selected “Authority to Leave,” we cannot accept responsibility for any missing parcels.
Lost Parcels
If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame (please refer to our Shipping Policy), we can open an investigation with Australia Post to locate the parcel.
Please note, we are unable to resend or refund your order until the investigation is completed and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us for any reason, including incorrect addresses or failure to collect, there are two options:

We can refund your order minus the shipping charges.

We can resend your order; however, the shipping charge will need to be paid again prior to dispatch.

Once your order is lovingly packed, we will email you your unique Tracking Number.
